Meet Adel
Founder & Master Instructor
Adel teaches with a grounded, intuitive approach shaped by years of listening to bodies in motion. Her work is rooted in precision, calm strength, and deep body awareness, with an emphasis on moving intelligently rather than forcefully.
She believes that great teaching directly serves the client experience. By mentoring instructors and continuously refining her own practice, Adel creates an environment where movement is thoughtful, responsive, and deeply personal. Adel’s session is guided by careful observation, clear cueing, and respect for the body's current state, supporting strength, alignment, and confidence in a way that feels sustainable and genuine.
Stella Koo - Lead Senior Instructor
Stella brings 11 years of experience and extensive Pilates training, with a calm, confident, and grounded approach to movement. Her depth of knowledge and genuine care allow her to support everyone—from new moms to athletes—meeting each client exactly where they are.
Kimmy Rashidi - MOA Instructor
Kimmy brings a playful and exploratory approach to her pilates sessions. Expect a slow pace, precise and controlled movements, and a focus on breath and alignment. Specializing in hypermobility, Kimmy holds space for you to expand your awareness into every part of your body, from your skin to your muscles to your bones. Inspired by the classical method, each session with her is a journey into the core (as in: anticipate lots of ab work!).
Sio Kim - Senior Instructor
Sio has spent 10 years guiding people through movements, developing a broad and practical understanding of the body.
Rather than simply leading clients through exercises, Sio helps them understand how and why their bodies move. Through careful observation and instruction tailored to each client, she creates sessions that reflect each client’s unique body, movement patterns, and goals while supporting meaningful progress.
She believes lasting change begins with understanding—not just repetition. To Sio, the true value of movement lies not only in what is learned in the studio, but in what stays with clients as they move through life.
